iTrust consultants a.m.l. delivers the products you have purchased using ACS courier. iTrust consultants a.m.l. has a written & signed agreement with the above mentioned couriers regarding delivery of items.

Orders can be delivered:
At your nearest office to you by the above mentioned courier – 5 € (VAT included)

Estimated time of delivery:
Courier service (1 – 2 business days in main regions)
Courier service (2 – 4 business days in distant areas of the country)

iTrust consultants a.m.l. insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by him/her (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by iTrust consultants a.m.l. and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Please note that we do not deliver on Weekends and Bank holidays in Cyprus.

Cyprus delivery methods

Your parcel will be delivered to the nearest courier’s or shipping agency’s local offices. The courier or the shipping agency will contact you beforehand to confirm when the parcel is ready for collection.

Available delivery options will be displayed at the checkout page once you have completed your delivery address and postal code.

You can track your order at our courier/shipping agency services official websites by entering your tracking number in the Shipment Tracking box on the home page.

International deliveries
International orders are not available at the moment. Please check again soon or alternative you can use our contact form to send us a query on any of our products and assist you on how you can receive your order.

Cancellation Policy
You have a period of 7 days to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason. Cancellation is not allowed when the order is fulfilled (design procedure is done) and/or printed.
